Brown Fused Alumina

Product Description

Brown fused alumina is made of bauxite and anthracite as raw materials and smelted in a high-temperature electric arc furnace of more than 2,000 degrees. Brown corundum abrasive tools are suitable for high-strength metals (such as steel, malleable cast iron, bronze, etc.). Suitable for high-consolidation abrasive products, suitable for grinding, polishing, sandblasting, precision casting, etc. It is also used for refractory materials. Brown corundum has the characteristics of high purity, good crystal fluidity, low linear expansion coefficient, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and high strength.

Application

● Sandblasting--environmental protection materials/aluminum profile/copper profile glass/washed jeans/precision molds and other fields

● Grinding--applied to picture tubes, optical glass, monocrystalline silicon, lenses, watch glass, crystal glass, jade

● Resin abrasives--suitable color, good hardness, toughness, suitable particle cross-section type and edge retention

● Coating abrasives--raw materials for manufacturers such as sandpaper and gauze

● Functional fillers--automobile brakes, highway pavements, airstrips, parking lots, industrial floors, sports venues

● Filter media--to purify drinking water or wastewater, suitable for non-ferrous metal beneficiation, oil drilling mud weighting agent
